If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please do not hesitate to return it within 30 days. Please call us at 805-644-8913 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for items that are not defective. Unless defective, no merchandise may be returned 30 days after purchase. We will make every attempt to fulfill all orders placed on in-stock merchandise, however, if it appears that we will not be able to process your order within two business days, we will let you know as soon as possible. You may at your discretion cancel the order or wait for it to be fulfilled. Items sold through Sonora Store are warranted to be free from defect for a minimum of one (1) year. Some items may have longer warranties, see your product documentation for details. For defective merchandise still under warranty, you will need to contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send the defective part back to Sonora Store. We will (at our discrection) repair or replace the defective part within 5 business days and return the part to you with no additional charge.
